You need to work with your doctor, even with the vitex.
Well… When I was on the pill and if I forgot to take my pills I would get my period. If you’re looking for a good low hormone birth control I recommend the nuva ring. I take birth control to regulate my menstrual cycle. Not because I wasn’t having them regularly, but I was having paralyzingly painful ones. Try this one.. it might help.
