How do I switch birth control methods? Im trying to switch from Depo to the patch?

I am on Depo Provera and I just got a prescription for the area. I know that in most cases are supposed to start using the zone first day of your period, but now they are on Depo I did not get the longer periods. I really need the help trying to calculate when to begin using outside the area. Anyone who has risen from Depo the pill or the area? As you did it? Just ask your doctor.
The package it should tell you and ask your dr or pharmacist.

just go down to your Local health department and make a appointment are walk in. tell them what you want to do and ask them if that’s a right way to go.
PATCH DOESN’T ALWAYS WORK …
Call the company that makes the pill and ask them.
